Make hotel Wi-Fi pay, in revenue and guest data
Guest Wi-Fi is expected and rarely monetized. WiWallet turns the login into premium upsells, opted-in guest data and in-stay services, without a new app.
Beyond the email splash page
Most hotel portals capture an email address and nothing else. WiWallet turns the same moment into a premium-bandwidth upsell, an opted-in loyalty enrolment and a first-party data point tied to the stay.
Revenue and services during the stay
- Premium bandwidth, room-tier or device upsells.
- Sponsored access, advertisers fund the free tier.
- In-stay marketplace, spa, dining, room service and transfers (see marketplace).
Fits your existing portal and PMS
WiWallet works with your captive-portal vendor; keep your brand. First-party guest data is collected with consent and hosted where your regulator requires (EU/GDPR, GCC).
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No, everything runs in the browser through the captive portal.
Is this compliant for EU hotels?
Guest data is collected with consent and hosted in the region you require, EU (GDPR) or the Gulf, so your DPO signs off on the exact configuration.
Can it link to our loyalty programme or PMS?
Not today, WiWallet currently interfaces only with the captive portal (Ucopia certified). PMS and loyalty-programme links are on the roadmap.
Can we keep our own portal branding?
Yes, WiWallet stays behind your brand.
